Boaz Soifer
Boaz Soifer is an entrepreneur, executive, consultant, and coach, who has had a lifelong interest in psychology and philosophy.
After growing up in NYC and leaving high school early to study music theory with Larry Wallach and John Myers at Bard College at Simon’s Rock, he moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico where he worked in construction and discovered the renewable energy industry.
Boaz founded Cedar Mountain Solar, a mechanical contracting company, and SolarLogic, a software and hardware company, both focused on solar heating. He then ran BayWa r.e.’s distribution and contracting businesses in the Americas, leading acquisitions in Mexico, Canada, and the US and a team of about 700 in the solar electric (PV) industry.
Starting around 2013, Boaz became a student of organizational development, working on culture and strategy, and bringing more of his psychological talent into the corporate environment. He developed curricula and trained teams to improve self-awareness and communication and increase alignment, organizational health, and execution. This interest culminated in studying Bohm Dialogue with Glenna Gerard and founding Pebble Tossed Consulting in 2023, which works with leadership teams, together and through one-on-one “deep coaching,” on organizational transformation.
Boaz lived off-grid for 15 years in the high desert south of Santa Fe, NM (and across the arroyo from Brian.) He studied Tai Chi and Xing Yi with Brian and his son Bleys Lee, psychology with Dr. Leslie Nathanson, and traditional ayahuasca ceremonies in the lineages of Drs. Solontello Lozano, Jorge Gonzalez, and the Mawa family of the Shipibo tribe of Peru.
Boaz is here for growth and transformation – his own and others’ – and expanding our understanding of how the development of individual and collective consciousness undergirds the health and effectiveness of organizations, institutions, and communities.
